摘要
以1,2-O-异丙叉基-α-D-呋喃木糖和琥珀酸单苯乙酯为原料,N,N-二环己基碳二亚胺(DCC)为缩水剂,4-二甲氨基吡啶(4-DMAP)作催化剂,合成了1,2-O-异丙叉基-3,5-O-二(苯乙氧羰基琥珀酰基)呋喃木糖,并进行了合成产物的IR,1H NMR,MS和元素分析,以及热裂解试验和卷烟加香试验。结果表明:①合成产物为目标物;②合成产物的热解产物随着热解温度的升高而增多,主要有苯乙醇、苯乙烯等;③合成产物具有提高卷烟烟气的香气质和香气量,降低刺激性和改善余味的作用。
1,2-O-Propylidene-3,5-O-di(phenylethenoxylcarbonyl succinyl)-D-xylofuranose was synthesized from 1,2-O-propylidene-α-D-xylofuranose and phenylethyl monosuccinate with 4-dimethylaminopyridine(4-DMAP) as a catalyst and N,N'-dicyclohexylcarbodiimide(DCC) as a dehydration reagent.The product was verified via IR,1H NMR,MS and elemental analysis,tested through pyrolysis,and applied into cigarettes as a flavor.The results showed that: 1) The synthetic product was the target compound;2) The pyrolysates of the product,mainly phenylethanol and styrene among others,increased with the rise of pyrolytic temperature;3) The synthesized product had the functions of enhancing aroma quality and quantity of cigarette smoke,reducing irritancy and improving aftertaste.
