犁铧钢仿生表面对水接触角的研究 被引量:1

摘要 为了提高犁铧钢表面对水的接触角,利用电子显微技术采集荷叶表面微观形貌,运用图像边缘Sobel算子提取其特征,在犁铧钢表面进行仿荷叶表面微观形貌的激光刻蚀处理。单因素试验中,激光刻蚀各因素对犁铧钢与水接触角的影响满足二次曲线规律变化,确定了接触角提高的范围。通过正交试验,建立了接触角与各因素间的回归模型,确定了最优工艺参数组合,即图像阈值为125、图像比例为29%和电流为13.3A,其最优接触角为75.50°。 In order to enhance contact-angle between water drip and plowshare iron surface,surface microscopic appearance of the lotus leaf was collected though scan electron microscopy and the features of the surface topography was extracted by the image edge process(Sobel algorithm).The plowshare iron surface was ablated under the laser machine and the lotus leaf surface topography was imitated.In single-factor tests,the quadratic curve was met between various factors of the laser ablation function and the contact-angle.The scope of the improved contact-angle was identified.By using orthogonal tests,the contact-angle regression model was established among the various factors.The optimal parameter combinations are of the image threshold 125,the image ratio 29%,current 13.3 A,and the optimal contact-angle 75.50°.
