摘要 针对重叠隧道小间距、长距离的特点,根据三维数值模拟分析结论提出"先下后上"的总体施工原则,重点阐述盾构掘进控制、夹层土注浆加固和洞内临时支撑台车隧道加固等关键措施,通过监测结果有效验证了其成功,可为今后的重叠隧道设计、施工管理提供经验借鉴。 Hong-Lao-Shai section of line 3 of Shenzhen Metro is a long small-spaced vertical-overlapped shield-bored tunnel. The scheme that "the lower tunnel is constructed in ahead of the upper tunnel" is adopted on basis of the 3D numerical simulation results. The key technical measures taken in the construction of the tunnel, including the control of the tunnel boring, the grouting consolidation of the soils between the lower tunnel and the upper tunnel and the bracing of the lower tunnel by means of temporary support trolleys, are focused. The monitoring records indicate that the measures taken are effective and sucessful. The paper can be served as reference for the design and construction of similar overlapped tunnels in the future.
