摘要
目的研究紫檀浸膏对雄激素源性脱发大鼠模型的治疗作用。方法采用颈后皮下注射丙酸睾酮的方法建立雄激素源性脱发模型,同时分别进行灌胃和皮肤涂搽给药,56d后检测大鼠余毛的重量和组织病理学的变化。结果经灌胃给药后,紫檀浸膏高剂量组与模型组比较,大鼠脱毛数量明显减少,显微镜下亦见毛囊较多、分布较密集、毛球位于真皮和皮下组织的交界处,表现为生长期;经皮给药紫檀浸膏的治疗组大鼠脱毛情况未见显著变化。结论口服紫檀浸膏对雄激素源性脱发大鼠有治疗作用;经皮给药的效果不理想。
OBJECTIVE To study the effects of Pterocarpus indcus Willd extracts on androgenetic alopecia.METHODS The androgenetic alopecia rat model was established by nape subcutaneous injecting of testosterone propionate,meanwhile,the Pterocarpus indcus Willd extracts was given by the intragastric administration and the topical application on the back skin of the rats.56 days later,the remaining hair weight was measured and histopathology changes was observed.RESULTS It showed that the extracts could reduce the depilation quantity obviously by intragastric administration in high dose.Pathologic examination showed that the hair follicles increased in number.The hair bulbs situated at the juncture between derma and hypodermis were in the growing period.There was no obvious therapeutic effect by the topical application.CONCLUSION Pterocarpus indcus Willd extracts could alleviate rat androgenetic alopecia.Transdermal drug delivery system is unavailable.
