摘要
[目的]探讨护理干预对腹腔镜腹膜阴道成形术病人疗效及性生活质量的影响。[方法]将2007年3月—2008年6月接受腹腔镜腹膜阴道成形术的60例先天性无阴道病人随机分为试验组30例和对照组30例。试验组在常规护理的基础上给予系统的认知、心理、行为干预;对照组进行常规护理、健康指导。干预后6个月对两组病人进行效果评价。[结果]试验组性生活满意率高于对照组,性生活质量明显优于对照组。[结论]阴道成形术后病人性生活问题普遍存在,系统的护理干预能有效改善术后性生活质量。
Objective： To probe into the influence of nursing intervention on curative effect and quality of sexual life of patients accepting peritoneum vaginoplasty via laparoseope. Methods： A total of 60 patients with congenital absence of vagina undergoing peritoneum vaginoplasty via laparoscope from march 2007 to June 2008 were randomly divided into test and control group 30 cases each. Patients of test group were given systematic cognitive, psychological, and behavioral intervention based on conventional nursing. Patients of control group were given nursing and health instruction as in routine. Curative effects of two groups cases were evaluated 6 months after intervention. Results： In terms of vaginal length after vaginoplasty,there was statistical significant difference between the two groups of patients. The sexual life satisfaction degree of patients in test group was superior to that of control group cases. Conclusion： It was common that patients after undergoing vaginoplasty have some problem in sexual life. However,systematic nursing interventions can effectively improve the postoperative quality of sexual life for them.
