摘要
目的探讨早期综合护理干预对缺氧缺血性脑病(hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy,HIE)患儿智能发育的影响。方法选择2007年9月-2008年3月57例中重度HIE患儿为实验组,选择同期48例中重度HIE患儿为对照组,两组患儿均进行HIE的常规治疗和护理,实验组在此基础上实施早期综合护理干预,内容包括视觉、听觉、触觉训练和抚触。比较两组中度和重度HIE患儿各月龄发育商。结果实验组中度和重度HIE患儿各月龄发育商均较对照组高,两组比较,均P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论对缺氧缺血性脑病患儿及早进行视觉、听觉训练和抚触,可以提高患儿智力发育。
Objective To study the effect of early nursing intervention on intellectual development of neonates with hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy(HIE).Methods Fifty seven neonates with mediate /severe HIE and another 48 ones with mediate /severe HIE during September 2007 and March 2008 were set as experimental group and control group respectively.All the subjects were nursed routinely,and those in the experimental group received early nursing intervention,which included visual training,auditory training,tactile training,walking training and caress.The intellectual developments were compared between the two groups in terms of the neonates with mediate or severe HIE.Result The intellectual development in the experimental group was better than that in the control in terms of the neonates with mediate or severe HIE(P 0.05).Conclusion The early nursing intervention like visual training,auditory training,tactile training,walking training and caress promotes the recovery of brain function of HIE neonates,enhances their intelligence and trains their walking ability and equilibration ability.
