摘要
高职院校社会适应性的体制、机制上,存在体制僵化,缺乏活力;体制传统,缺乏个性;体制随意,缺乏稳定性、效率不高;动力机制缺乏;政府推动不力以及经费投入不足的问题。究其原因主要是受传统观念、原有体制的影响以及形式化、单向性制度的制约。为此,应构建高职教育的新体制,强化政府的干预性,注重高职院校自我系统的开放性,充分凸显行业、企业的"双主体性"。
In the aspect of institution and mechanism of social adaptability,higher vocational education confronted with the following problems：the system is rigid and lack of robust;the system is too traditional and lack of personality;the system is random and lack of stability and motivity mechanism;the boosting force of government isn＇t enough and financial investment is shortage.The main reasons are that vocational education is excessively influenced by traditional view and original system and controlled by formalized and single system.Therefore,the new system for higher vocational education should be constructed,which should strengthen the intervention of government,pay attention to the openness of higher vocational schools,fully embody the dual-subjectivity of industry and enterprise.
