摘要
利用Ansoft软件的瞬态场求解器对屏蔽电机进行建模计算分析,使用有限元法计算屏蔽套涡流损耗。根据此方法,对采用不同尺寸和不同材料时的屏蔽套损耗进行了计算分析,从而得出损耗随屏蔽套尺寸与材料特性变化的规律。得出的计算方法和规律可对屏蔽电机的设计与制造以及整机的优化设计起到作用。
In this paper,the Ansoft's transient field solver is used to model and analyze the canned motor,and the finite-element method is applied to calculate eddy-current loss of it.By this method,the eddy-current losses of can with different sizes and different materials are calculated and analyzed,and the rule of loss varied with size and material is given.The obtained algorithm and rule can be helpful for optimization design and manufacturing of canned motor.
