摘要
为了介观电路量子理论的建立,在电荷不连续的前提下,得到了含有二极管的非线性介观电路的有限差分薛定谔方程.在广义动量表象中系统的薛定谔方程转化为四阶微分方程,利用微扰法,得到了系统的能谱和波函数,并计算了电流的量子涨落.
For the improvement of quantum theory of mesoscopic circuits,the finite-difference Schrdinger equation of a diode included nonlinear mesoscopic circuit is achieved in the framework of advanced quantum theory of mesoscopic circuits,which based on the fundamental fact that the electric charge takes discrete value,it is a four-order difference equation in p^ representation.Using the perturbation method,the detail energy spectrum and wave functions are obtained,as an application of the results,the current quantum fluctuation is calculated.
