摘要
采用溶胶-凝胶法,以钛酸丁酯为主要原料,以无水乙醇为溶剂,制备了纳米二氧化钛。用激光粒度仪、紫外分光光度计、X射线衍射等对其进行表征。结果表明:钛酸丁酯、无水乙醇、冰醋酸、去离子水体积比为10∶40∶8∶5,在煅烧温度为700℃下煅烧1 h,所制备的纳米二氧化钛为晶形完整的锐钛矿型。将其涂布在纸上,检测结果显示被涂布纸具有良好抗菌性。
Nano-TiO2 particles were prepared by sol-gel method with tetrabutyl titanate as the main raw material and absolute alcohol as the solvent,the obtained TiO2 was characterized by laser granulometer,ultraviolet spectrophotometer and X-ray diffraction,etc.Results show when the volume ratio of tetrabutyl titanate,absolute alcohol,glacial acetic acid and deionized water is 10∶40∶8∶5,after calcination for 1 h at calcination temperature 700 ℃,the prepared TiO2 is anatase phase with complete crystal form.Then coat it on paper,the detection results show that the coated paper has excellent antibacterial property.
