摘要
目的观察抑郁症不同中医证候的脑电地形图特征。方法分别对入选的143例抑郁症患者和86例正常对照者进行脑电地形图检查,并将抑郁症患者分为肝气郁结型、肝郁脾虚型、心脾两虚型、心肾不交型四种证候类型,比较分析各种证候的脑电地形图特征。结果抑郁症组以肝气郁结型所占比例最高,其次是心肾不交型;抑郁症组慢波频带,即δ、θ频带的相对功率总值均高于正常对照组,其中抑郁症组肝气郁结型增高最明显;抑郁症组的α1频带的相对功率总值均低于正常对照组,但只有肝郁脾虚型的减低具有统计学意义;抑郁症组各种证候所有导联的(δ+θ)/(α+β)比值均不同程度地高于正常对照组。结论抑郁症患者的脑电地形图有改变,不同的中医证候之间也有差异,还有待于进一步研究其规律性。
Objective To observe the features of the brain electrical activity mapping(BEAM)in depression of different syndromes in Chinese medicine.Methods BEAM examination was performed in 143 cases of depression and 86 cases of normal persons as control.The depression was differentiated as four types,named liver qi stagnation,liver stagnation and spleen deficiency,heart and spleen deficiency and disharmony of heart and kidney and BEMA of each syndrome was analyzed in comparison.Results In depression group,the percentage of liver qi stagnation type was the highest,disharmony of heart and kidney was the second one.In depression group,the slow-waves frequency band,meaning the total relative power values of δ and θ frequency band was higher than that in normal control group,of which,the value in liver qi stagnation type of depression group increased the most apparently.The total relative power value of α1 frequency band in depression group was lower that of normal control group,but only the decrease of the value in liver stagnation and spleen deficiency type presented statistical significance.The(δ+θ)/(α+β)ratios of all leads in depression group were higher than those in normal control group to different extents.Conclusion BEAM changes in the patients with depression,which is different among different syndromes.A further study is required to discover the law of its changes.
