摘要
目的探讨高尿酸血症与臂踝脉搏波传导速度(baPWV)的关系。方法选择2008-01-2009-12在我院体检中心发现的高尿酸血症患者100例为观察组,以年龄、性别匹配的血尿酸正常的100例作为对照组,分析并比较两组baPWV的变化。结果观察组baPWV较对照组明显升高(P<0.05),两组在年龄、性别、体重指数、血压、血脂、血糖水平差异无显著意义。结论高尿酸血症患者baPWV升高,提示高尿酸血症患者较早期存在动脉弹性功能减退,baPWV检测有助于早期筛查无症状的高尿酸血症患者亚临床血管硬化。
Objective To investigate the relativity of the Brachial-Ankle puse velocity （baPWV） in patients with Hyperuricemia.Methods 100 patients with Hyperuricemia were enrolled as observation group and 100 control subjectives were chosen by match-pairing of age and sex assessment of （baPWV） was performed.Results Compared with control group,the （baPWV） was significantly highter （P0.05） in observation group without differences in age,sex,weight,blood pressure,plasma lipid and blood glucose between two groups.Conclusion Artery elasticity was in hypofunction in patients with Hyperuricemia by assessment of （baPWV）,（baPWV） helps screening early artery atherosclerosis.
