摘要
目的探讨负压置换疗法治疗儿童鼻窦炎的效果,操作方法和注意事项等。方法采用负压吸引使药液进入鼻窦,反复冲洗引流鼻窦分泌物治疗240例儿童鼻窦炎患者。结果负压置换疗法治疗效果好,总有效率达96%,全组病例无严重的并发症。结论负压置换疗法治疗儿童鼻窦炎方便应用、效果好、无创伤,值得推广。
Objective To investigate the results and the operation of replacement therapy in the treatment of sinusitis in children.Methods The 240 cases of sinusitis in children were treated with replacement therapy.Results 96 percent of the patients got a satisfied sound effect.Conclusion Replacement therapy is a good technique to treat children with sinusitis,and is deserved to spread.
