人工饲料适应性蚕品种小蚕颗粒饲料育的研究 被引量:24

摘要 本试验比较了人工饲料适应性杂交组合ZHG×春54正反交和现行品种皓月×菁松小蚕颗粒人工饲料育与全龄桑叶育的饲养效果。结果表明,3对杂交种对颗粒人工饲料的摄食性良好,但小蚕期发育速率和体重低于全龄桑叶育。3龄改换为桑叶育之后,蚕的生长发育加快,熟蚕体重、全茧量、茧层量、张种产茧量等主要经济指标,ZHG×春54正反交小蚕颗粒饲料育均高于全龄桑叶育,但皓月×菁松低于桑叶育,各杂交品种的生命率总体上小蚕颗粒饲料育高于全龄桑叶育。茧丝质量主要指标全龄桑叶育与小蚕颗粒饲料育无明显差异。ZHG×春54是一对对颗粒饲料适应性优良的杂交组合,达到了生产实用化要求。 The test compared the rearing results of young worm artificial diet rearing and whole instars mulberry leaf rearing with the silkworm hybrids of artificial diet adaptive hybrid combination ZHG × Chun54 positive and negative cross and the popular hybrid Haoyue × Jingsong.The results showed that the 3 hybrids on the ingestion of pellet artificial diet was good.But developing rate and body weight of young silkworms were lower than that of mulberry leaves in all instars.After the change of mulberry leaves from 3rd instar,Silkworms grew faster and main economic traits of ZHG × Chun54 and Chun54 × ZHG,such as the weight of mature silkworm,the cocoon weight,cocoon shell weight,and cocoon crop per case eggs,were higher than those fed with mulberry leaves in whole instars,contrary that were lower than mulberry leaves in the hybrid Haoyue × Jingsong.Generally,the survival rate of 3 hybrids was prior to those raised by mulberry leaves in all instars.There was no significant differences in main traits of silk quality between the two rearing methods.ZHG × Chun54 was a good pellet artificial diet adaptive hybrid to achieve practical requirements of the production.
