摘要
竹醋液是竹材热解或干馏的过程中得到的成分复杂的混合液体,因其优良的性能而具有广泛的应用前景。本文总结了自2001年以来我国学者对竹醋液的研究状况,综述了我国在竹醋液制备、组分、应用上的研究进展。并指出今后要加强对竹醋液制备综合因素的研究,保证竹醋液质量的稳定;同时还要加强作用机理和各种功效性及副作用的研究,解决技术瓶颈,扩大应用领域。
Bamboo vinegar, a kind of complex mixture liquid achieving through bamboo pyrolysis or dry distillation, has broad application prospects because of its excellent performance. The progresses in bamboo vinegar research in china since 2001, including its preparation technique, component analysis and application field, were summarized. It was suggested that studies on process related factors should be strengthened to ensure the stability of the vinegar quality. Meanwhile, the research of mechanism, efficacy and side effects, should be clarified further so as to solve the technical bottlenecks and expand its applications.
