摘要
小轮车是一项以无氧供能为主的泥地竞速运动,对运动员的肌肉最大力量、爆发力及无氧耐力等素质有很高的要求,而振动训练能够提高肌肉最大力量及爆发力水平已被国内外研究者证实。本研究将小轮车运动员随机分成两组,实验组在振动台上完成与对照组内容相同的力量训练计划。实验前后应用等速肌力测试系统及三维测力台对两组运动员下肢肌群的峰值力矩、耐力疲劳指数及爆发力水平进行测试。实验结果表明:实验组膝关节屈、伸肌群峰值力矩均有增长,但伸肌组间变化不明显,而屈肌组间变化具有显著性差异,P<0.05。但对照组伸、屈肌群的峰值力矩均减小。两实验组运动员膝关节伸屈肌群耐力疲劳指数均下降,但振动训练组伸肌肌群耐力疲劳指数组间下降具有显著性,P<0.01。
BMX is an anaerobic energy-based mud racing sports,which requires high quality of maximum muscle strength, explosive power and anaerobic endurance. Vibration training has been proved that it can improve maximum muscle strength and explosive power. In this study,BMX athletes were randomly divided into two groups,in which the experimental group completed the same strength training program as the control group but was on the vibration table. The peak torque,index of endurance fatigue and explosive power of lower extremities were tested by isokinetic muscle strength testing system and three-dimensional force plate both before and after experiment. Results: in the experimental group,the peak torque of knee flexor and extensor increased in which there has no significant difference of extensor but a significant difference ( P 〈0. 05) of flexor, in the control group,the peak power of both flexor and extensor decreased. The endurance fatigue index of knee flexor and extensor decreased in both groups while there has a significant decrease ( P〈 0. 01) in experimental group.
