摘要
研究了16MnU型钢亚温淬火后的形变强化性能,结果表明:16MnU型钢经820℃×30min水淬+200℃回火后,具有较好的形变强化性能,适合于工程应用.影响其形变强化性能的主要因素为淬火加热温度,其次是钢中的碳、锰含量及回火情况.
The work hardening property of 16Mn U shaped steel after intercritical hardening is studied in this paper. The results show that 16Mn U shaped steel possesses good work hardening property and is suitable for the use of engineering after water quenched at 820℃ and succeeding tempering at 200℃. The main factor influencing its work hardening property is the temperature of austenization; the next factors are the content of carbon and manganese in steel and the tempering operation.
