摘要
介绍利用OPC技术在信息层与控制层之间通过LabVIEW附加DSC模块和NI OPC Server软件实现PC与欧姆龙PLC间的实时通信,以及在元件层与控制层之间采用欧姆龙CX-Protocol软件通过创建协议宏实现PLC与不同厂家设备的RS-485通信,该控制系统网络通信方式具有一定的代表性。
A control network real-time communication between PC and OMRON PLC is built up by OPC-based technology on LabVIEW platform with DSC module and NI OPC Server software.And RS-485 communication between different manufacturer＇s products and PLC is realized by OMRON protacol macro.This control network conmmunication possesses with a certain degree of representativeness in industral control systerms.
