摘要
目的研究总结某大学教学医院血源性病原体职业防护管理措施。方法建立、健全血源防护管理体系;制定工作制度;确立管理职能部门职责;解决血源防护的具体问题;提出新的工作目标与方向。结果通过以上措施的落实,达到健全、完善和加强医院血源防护管理及保障医院工作人员健康与安全。结论领导重视、部门合作、专业协作和综合管理是作好血源防护管理的关键。
OBJECTIVE To＇examine and evaluate the measures of prevention and control of occupational exposure to blood-borne pathogens in hospital. METHODS It included in establishing the strong leadership and management system, making up the sound policies and rules, allocating each unit＇s or department＇s own duties, sorting out the problems they met, working out the new objectives and plans. RESULTS Through the above measures, there was an efficient and excellent management system of occupational exposure to prevent and improve the health care workers＇ health and safety in the hospital. CONCLUSIONS The attention of the leadership, strong collaboration between departments and medical professional and general measures of management are the key to prevent and control the occupational exposure to blood-borne pathogens in hospital .
