摘要
传统的利用单一菌种发酵生产纤维素酶的方法存在酶活力低,发酵时间长等缺陷。而使用多个菌种进行混合发酵的方法被证明可以有效降解纤维素,对微生物混合发酵进行了综述,并对产纤维素酶的微生物混合发酵的前景作了预测。
The traditional method that produced cellulase with a single bacterium existed many defects,such as low degradation,long fermentation time.The method that mixed fermentation with multiple bacteria had been proved to be effective to degrade the cellulase.In this paper describes microbial mixed fermentation and predicts the prospect of production cellulase.
