摘要
通过生物质热解生物油模型化合物与柴油乳化的研究确定了乳化剂合适的HLB范围,在该范围内稻壳热解生物油与柴油的乳化效果良好,同时研究了生物油贮存时间对乳化效果的影响。在柴油、乳化剂和生物油质量分数分别为92%、3%和5%,试验研究了不同种类生物质热解生物油与柴油的乳化性能,乳化燃料在热值上接近柴油,粘度符合国家轻柴油标准,具有商业应用的可能。最后通过生物油和柴油乳化的三组分相图分析了形成稳定乳液时三组分的相对含量变化。
The appropriate hydrophile-lipophile balance (HLB) numbers of fuel emulsion for bio-oil-diesel emulsification was determined at first on the basis of bio-oil model compounds.At these HLB numbers, the composite fuel of bio-oil obtained from rice husk pyrolysis and diesel was emulsified excellently as well.Meanwhile, the influence of bio-oil storage period on the emulsification effect was investigated.Bio-oils obtained from pyrolysis of different biomass species were emulsified together with diesel at the same proportions of diesel, emulsifier and bio-oil as 92wt% , 3wt% , and 5wt% , respectively.It is indicated that the heating value of the emulsified fuel is close to that of diesel, and the viscosity is in accordance with the national standard for light diesel oil, showing the potential for its commercial use.Finally a ternary phase diagram of the emulsions was drawn to determine the optimum proportions of diesel, emulsifier and bio-oil when forming a stable emulsion.
