摘要
木片高得率化机浆具有得率高、污染轻、纸浆用途广等优点,通过在磨浆前加强对木片原料的机械-化学预处理,降低磨浆能耗、提高纸浆强度及白度。文章重点介绍了木片高得率化机浆预处理过程、作用及关键设备——螺旋挤压撕裂机的基本结构、工作原理、主要零部件结构及关键结构参数,为螺旋挤压撕裂机的设计提供了一定的参考。
High yield chip CMP has the advantages of high yield,light pollution and wide pulp usages. It reduces energy consumption on refining and increases pulp strength and whiteness by adopting to strengthen mechanical and chemical pre-treatment before refining. The paper mainly described the process of high yield chip chemical and mechanical pre-treatment,its action and key equipment--basic structure,working principle,main parts and key structure parameters of screw extruding tearing machine which provide references on the design of this kind of machines.
