摘要
随着社会经济的快速发展和人们生活水平的提高,建筑物的高度、规模不断提升,从而对建筑物中消防用水的安全程度、供水的可靠性和建筑物抗御火灾的能力等方面提出了更高要求。除了设计和材料设备选择等因素外,建筑施工质量的优劣直接影响建筑消防设施的正常运行。文章从工程监理的角度,介绍建筑消防系统在施工准备、施工过程和工程验收三个方面的监理控制要点。
With rapid development of social economy and improvement of people＇s living conditions,the height and the size of the building have increased and there are higher demands for safety level of fire water,reliability of water supply and the capacity to resist fire of the buildings.Besides design,choice of material equipment and other elements,construction qualities have a direct impact on the normal operation of fire-fighting facilities.The paper introduces three supervision elements in construction preparation,process and project acceptance of the fire-fighting system.
