摘要
1952年美国在朝鲜和中国东北等地实施细菌战的事件,引发了中美双方的诸多争议。在确认这一事件过程中,中国政府主动邀请"国际民主法律工作者协会调查团"和"调查在朝鲜和中国的细菌战事实国际科学委员会",对美国细菌战真相进行客观分析和调查,最终证实了美国细菌战的真实存在。为了粉碎细菌战,全国上下普遍开展了规模空前的爱国卫生运动,使建国初期的人民卫生水平和健康水平都大为提高,乡村和城市到处呈现出清洁卫生的新气象,并为其后的卫生防疫事业和社会进步事业打下了牢固基础。
The germ warfare incident of USA in North Korean and Northeast China cause disputes in 1952.In order to confirm the incident,Chinese government invites the international democratic investigation team,international scientific committee of germ warfares to North Korean and China,objectivly investigates the truth of American germ warfare.China soon develops a nationwide patriotic health campaign to greatly raise the health of the Chinese people.All this paves for the foundation of the sanitation and antiepidemics,and the social progress,as well.
