摘要
研究了低浓度含氰废水的光辐照氧化和pH值的影响以及Ti O2催化剂的作用。通过光化学氧化实验研究,结果表明,在紫外光及日光照射下,废水中氰根(CN-)质量浓度随时间延长而逐渐降低,且紫外光照射的氧化速度明显大于日光照射的氧化速度。废水的pH值对溶液中氰根去除率影响较大,初始pH=4.5时,氰根去除率为72.3%;pH=10时,去除率降低至7.2%。光催化试验结果证明,催化剂Ti O2对氰根的氧化影响较大,当加入Ti O2后废水中氰根质量浓度迅速下降,其光催化氧化的速率也随Ti O2添加量的增大而增加,紫外光条件下Ti O2添加量为0.3 g/L时实验达到最佳效果,氰根去除率为98.4%。
The effect of illumination,pH and TiO2 on photodegradation of cyanide wastewater was investigated.It was found that the cyanide concentration was decreased gradually with increased illumination time under UV and sunlight.The oxidation rate was higher in UV illumination than that in sunlight illumination.The removal rate of CN-in cyanide wastewater was 72.3% at pH 4.5,but 7.2% at pH 10.The photocatalytic oxidation is positive relation with the addition of TiO2.The maximal removal rate was 98.4% of CN-in UV illumination with 0.3 g/L TiO2.
