摘要
介绍了我国油菜籽种植、流通及加工技术情况,对油菜籽加工膨化预榨浸出工艺与传统预榨浸出工艺进行对比,分析了内地适合油菜籽加工的规模及生存空间,并对我国油菜籽产业发展提出几点建议。
The growth,circulation and processing of rapeseed in our country were introduced,and the expansion pre-press extraction and traditional pre-press extraction technology were compared.The survival space and the suitable capacity of rapeseed factory in China inland were analyzed.Some suggestions for rapeseed industry in China were provided.
