音频低通MOSFET-C连续时间滤波器设计

摘要 介绍了一种用2μmN阱双层多晶硅CMOS工艺实现的音频低通MOSFET-C连续时间滤波器,该滤波器实现了带内波动为0.1dB,通带截止频率3.4kHz(可调)的传输函数特性。设计了一个具有精确输出平衡电平控制的平衡结构差分运算放大器,以实现该滤波器的平衡网络结构。 A fully integrated voice band continuous time MOSFET C filter is described,which was designed based on the technique of fully balanced networks.It is fabricated in a 2 μm CMOS n well polysilicon technology.A fifth order Chebyshev lowpass transfer function with 0.1 dB passband ripple and 3.4 kHz cutoff frequency is implemented in the filter.A fully differential operational amplifier with accurate output balancing is designed to realize its balanced network. Finally, experimental results are discussed.
