摘要
目的探讨护理不良事件自愿报告系统在普外科中的应用效果。方法 2008年1月-2009年12月在本院普外科建立护理不良事件自愿报告系统管理。比较两年度护理人员护理不良事件自愿报告情况及护理不良事件重复犯错的情况。结果 2009年度较2008年度自愿报告护理不良事件明显增多,护理不良事件重复犯错情况明显降低(均P<0.05)。结论护理不良事件自愿报告系统以非处罚性,主动报告的原则,可明显增加护理人员自愿报告不良事件及避免类似事件再次发生,促进了护理质量持续改进,从而达到维护和保证患者安全的目的 。
Objective To investigate application of voluntary reporting system on nursing accidents in department of general surgery. Methods The voluntary reporting system on nursing accidents was established in the department of general surgery during January 2008 to December 2009. The repetitions of nursing accidents and voluntary reports on nursing accidents were compared between the two years. Results In 2009, the reports on nursing accideats significantly went up and the repetitions of the nursing accidents significantly went down, compared to the year of 2008 （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusions The voluntary reporting system on nursing accidents is established not for punishment. So it encourages nurses to report nursing accidents voluntarily and avoid repetition of the accidents. It propels the continued development of nursing quality so that the safety of patients is ensured.
