摘要
目的探讨麻醉及手术期间采用预防措施和管理对策对于预防甲型H1N1流感的效果。方法制定应急预案及相关制度、流程;加大宣教力度;加强消毒隔离;强调医护人员个人防护等措施,加强监督管理确保制度实施。结果麻醉手术中心在甲型H1N1流感的诊疗过程中未发生医院感染。结论实行综合性预防措施和管理对策是预防医院感染发生的关键。
OBJECTIVE To investigate the use of anesthesia and surgery during the period of preventive measures and management measures for the prevention of A H1N1 influenza effect.METHODS The measures such as developing contingency plans and related systems,intensifying missionary efforts enhanceing disinfection and isolation stressing medical personnel protective measures were taken to strengthen the supervision and management to ensure the system implemented.RESULTS Anesthesia centers in diagnosis and treatment of A H1N1 influenza had not occurred during the hospital infection.CONCLUSIONS Implement comprehensive preventive measures and management measures is the key to prevention of hospital infection.
