摘要
用浓度5%、10%、15%、20%聚乙二醇(PEG-6000)研究了渗透胁迫对甜瓜幼苗叶片渗透调节物质及膜脂过氧化的影响。结果表明,随着PEG浓度的增加,胁迫时间的延长,叶片相对含水量降低,细胞膜相对透性增大,脯氨酸和丙二醛(MDA)积累增加,可溶性糖先升后降,可溶性蛋白含量先降后升。高浓度PEG引起各项指标变幅大于低浓度PEG。表明甜瓜对适度的渗透胁迫具有一定的适应性,但高浓度、长时间的PEG渗透胁迫会对甜瓜造成严重损伤。
Effect of osmolytes and lipid peroxidation in muskmelon seedling is treated with 5%,10%,15%,20% polyethylene glycol(PEG-6000).Results showed that as the stress degree increased or the time prolonged,the relative water content of leaves decreased,relative permeability of cell membrane increase,proline content and MDA accumulated,soluble sugar increased first and decreased afterwards,soluble protein decreased first and then increased.Under high-concentration,many indexes varied greater than low-concentration.It indicated that muskmelon had some adaptability to moderate osmotic stress,but the PEG osmotic stress with high concentration and long time might lead to severe damage on muskmelon.
