摘要
目的:复制糖尿病(DM)动物模型,观察葛根对该模型的影响,探讨葛根对链脲菌素型糖尿病大鼠的整体状况及血糖的调节作用。方法:腹腔注射链脲菌素复制大鼠糖尿病模型,并以各组大鼠的整体状况、体重以及血糖的变化进行比较研究。结果:葛根可以改善糖尿病大鼠的整体状况,降低血糖水平,与模型组比较,有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:运用此方法建立糖尿病模型具有一定的可靠性和说服力,且葛根对此模型有显著的治疗作用。
Objective To observe the effect of Puerariae on diatetic mellitus （DM） animal model,and to investigate the regulating action of Puer- ariae on Streptozotocin diabetes rats＇general conditions and blood sugar. Methods DM rats model was produced by abdominal cavity injection of Streptozotocin,and the variations of general conditions,weight,and blood sugar of the rats in each group were compared.Results Puerariae could improve the general conditionsof DM rats and lower blood sugar level. Compared with the model group,the difference was significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Using this method to produce DM model is reliable and persuasive,and Puerariae has a significant effect for treating this model.
