摘要
采用溶胶-凝胶法制备了具有高活性的可见光响应插层膨润土负载掺铁TiO2光催化剂(以下简称光催化剂),利用IR、XRD对光催化剂的组织构造和微观结构进行表征,并以亚甲基蓝为目标降解物,讨论了光催化剂在可见光下的催化活性。结果表明:掺铁TiO2成功负载于插层膨润土片层表面,当有机土和掺铁TiO2的配比为2∶1,烘干温度为80℃,焙烧温度为300℃,所制得光催化剂在可见光下,对pH值为4的亚甲基蓝废水溶液50min的降解率可达99.6%。
Highly effi cient visible-light-induced organobentonite iron-doped TiO2 photocatalysts were preparaed by sol-gel method.The structure conf iguration and the micro-structure of the photocatalysts were characterized by IR and XRD.In addition,Its photocatalytic activity for the methylene blue,under visible-light irradiation,was investigated.The Experimental results demonstrated that the iron-doped TiO2 was successfully loaded on the surface of the intercalated bentonite.When the ratio between the organic bentonite and iron-doped TiO2 was of 2∶1,the photocatalysts were synthesized,after dried under the temperature of 80℃ and roasted under the temperature of 300℃.When the synthesis photocatalysts was irradiated by the visible light,the photo-degradation of methylene blue could reach to 99.6% as the pH value of wastewater was 4 and the reaction time was 50min.
