摘要
采用重铬酸钾氧化法化验分析了山东郓城农田防护林8、10、13、16年4个龄级杨树干、枝、叶、根器官有机含碳率。结果表明:山东郓城黑杨派中林46杨树叶平均含碳率为55.13%,树枝平均含碳率为54.65%,树干平均含碳率为50.05%,根平均含碳率为45.40%,不同器官组分含碳率按平均值可排列为树叶>树枝>枝干>树根;杨树叶、枝、干含碳率随高度层次不同而发生变化,依平均值依次为下层叶>中层叶>上层叶,中层枝>上层枝>下层枝,上层干>中层干>下层干,但变化不大,差异均未达显著水平;随着深度的增加,树根的含碳率总体上呈现减小趋势,且各层之间差异也不显著,但粗根含碳率显著大于细根;各器官总体平均含碳率为51.37%,高于同类地区非农林复合系统中杨树器官平均含碳率。
The carbon content of Populus × euramericana ‘Zhonglin-46'tissues from 8,10,13 and 16 years old at Yuncheng County in Shangdong Province were measured using the oxidation of K2Cr2O7-H2SO4 method.The main results show that the average carbon content of leaves,branches,trunks and roots was 55.13% ,54.65% ,50.05% and 45.40% ,respectively.According to the average values,the sequence of carbon content in different organs from the maximum to the minimum was leaves,branches,trunks and roots.Additionally,in different layers of a tree,the sequence of carbon content in leaves from the maximum to the minimum was:the lower strata,the middle strata,the upper strata.The sequence of carbon content in branches was:the middle strata,the upper strata,the lower strata.The sequence of carbon content in trunks or roots was:the upper strata,the middle strata,the lower strata.Among different ages,the carbon content of organs increased when trees were growing.But the difference among layers or ages was not statistically significant(P〉 0.05).The weighted average value of organ carbon content in P.× euramericana ‘Zhonglin-46'was 51.37% when the weight coefficient was the proportion of individual biomass to the sum of biomass.
