水稻微量元素硒含量的遗传研究进展 被引量:9

摘要 硒是环境中重要的生命微量营养元素之一,人体和动物所需的硒主要由植物从环境中摄取。本文对水稻硒含量的基因型差异、硒与环境条件的相互作用及富硒水稻种质的鉴定与创新进行了综述,并探讨了水稻硒含量的遗传机理及生物强化育种的内容和方向。 Selenium(Se)is an important trace minerals in environment and it needed for human and animal is mainly from plant uptake from the environment.In this paper,difference of Se content in rice genotypes,the interaction of selenium and environmental conditions,and the identification and enhancement of Se-enriched rice germplasm are reviewed.The research direction and content of genetic mechanism of rice Se content and bio-enhanced breeding are also discussed.
