间充质干细胞治疗椎间盘退变性疾病的研究进展

摘要 椎间盘退变性疾病（degenerative disc disease，DDD）是指由椎间盘退变（intervertebral disc degeneration，IDD）引起的一系列疾病如腰椎间盘突出症、颈椎病、椎间盘源性疼痛、椎管狭窄症以及脊柱节段不稳等的总称。治疗DDD的传统方法包括保守治疗和手术治疗，可以在一定程度上缓解部分临床症状，但未能从根本上解决椎间盘本身的病变问题，切除椎间盘还可因脊柱不稳而导致退变的进一步恶化。
