摘要
针对掘进机截齿在工作中出现的过早磨损、刀头脱落、刀头碎裂等失效形式,对其产生的主要原因进行了分析,提出了从设计、制造和使用方面来提高掘进机截齿可靠性的途径。
The reasons of the pickers＇ failure form are analyzed, such as premature wear, tooth falling and tooth smash. In addition, some ways on improving reliability of roadheader pickers from the aspect of design ,manufacture, use are provided.
