大豆黄素磷脂复合物的制备及光谱学分析 被引量:7

摘要 以大豆黄素与大豆卵磷脂的结合率为评价标准,分别考察反应溶剂、起始浓度、投料比例、反应时间和反应温度等对产物结合率的影响,确定复合物的最佳制备工艺:以四氢呋喃为反应溶剂,大豆黄素质量浓度为2 mg/mL,投料物质的量比为1∶1,反应时间为3 h,反应温度为50℃.在此最佳反应条件下,磷脂复合物结合率达94.2%.对制备出的复合物进行紫外光谱、红外光谱、差热和X-衍射等光谱学分析,结果表明,大豆黄素与磷脂形成了复合物,且复合物是不同于反应物单体及单体物理混合物的新物相. The combining ratio of daidzein and phospholipid was used as the assessment standard, the concentration of reactants, the ratio of reactants, reaction time and reactive temperature in this reaction were investigated, and the condition of preparing the phospholipid complex was determined. The optimal conditions were obtained using THF as the reaction solvent, the concentration of reactants being 2 mg/mL, the ratio of daidzein to phosphlipid being 1:1, the reactive time being 3 h, the reactive temperature being 50 ℃, and the combining ratio being 94.2%. At last, the action spectrum properties of daidzein-phospholipid complex including UV spectrum, IR spectrum, differential scanning, and X-ray diffraction spectra were assayed. The action spectrum analysis shows that the structure of daidzein-phospholipid complex is different from the reactant monomers and their physical mixture. The complex is a new product that is significantly different from those of daidzein.
