除草剂解毒剂减轻咪唑乙烟酸药害的研究 被引量:4

摘要 采用室内生物测定方法,以株高和株鲜重为生测指标,研究了除草剂解毒剂N-二氯乙酰基-3,6-二甲基-3-乙基-9-氧代-1,5-二氮杂二环[4.3.0]壬烷减轻咪唑乙烟酸对玉米的伤害作用。结果表明:随着土壤中咪唑乙烟酸质量分数的增大,玉米的生长受到抑制,用解毒剂浸种处理后,可在一定程度上减轻咪唑乙烟酸对玉米生长的影响,随着解毒剂质量分数的增大,解毒效果增强,但达到一定质量分数后,解毒效果减弱,解毒剂质量分数为5mg/kg时保护效果最佳。 A bioassay was carried out in the laboratory to study the influence of the herbicide antidote N-diehloroacetyl- 3,6-dimethyl-3-ethyl-9-oxo-1,5-diazabicyclo[4.3.0]nonane on reducing injury of imazethapyr to corn by measuring plant height and plant fresh weight. The results of experiment showed that the growth of the maize was inhibited with the increase of imazethapyr concentration in the soil, the antidote chould protect maize against injury by imazethapyr differently after soaking seeds with different concentration of antidote. The protective effect was an increasing trend with the increase of the concentration antidote, but it reached a certain concentration, protective effect weakened. The concentration of herbicide antidote was 5 mg/kg at its best protective effect.
