摘要
目的:探讨新生儿晚期高胆红素血症患儿的凝血功能的变化。方法:对收治的新生儿高胆红素血症患儿106例进行凝血酶原时间(PT)、激活的部分凝血活酶时间(APTT)、D-二聚体、血小板计数进行测定,并和正常足月新生儿30例比较。结果:新生儿高胆红素血症患儿和正常足月儿的PT分别为(17.2±2.1)s和(12.8±1.7)s,APTT分别为(52.3±5.4)s和(40.7±4.6)s,两者比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);两组D-二聚体和血小板计数比较差异无统计学意义。结论:新生儿晚期高胆红素血症患儿较正常足月儿的PT、APTT延长,而D-二聚体和血小板计数无影响。
Objective: To explore the changes of coagulation function in late neonates with hyperbilirubinemia. Methods: 106 neonates with hyperbilirubinemia received prothrombin time (PT) test, activated partial thromboplastin time (AFIT) test, D -dimer (DD) test and platelet count, then the results were compares with those in 30 normal full -term neonates. Results: The PTs in neonates with hyperbilirubinemia and normal full - term neonates were ( 17.2 ± 2. 1 ) seconds and ( 12. 8 ± 1.7 ) seconds, respectively, the APTTs in neonates with hyperbilirubinemia and normal full - term neonates were ( 52. 3± 5.4) seconds and (40. 7 ±4. 6) seconds, there was significant difference ( P 〈 0. 01 ) ; there was no significant difference in DD and platelet count between neonates with hyperbilirubinemia and normal full - term neonates. Conclusion : The PT and APTT in late neonates with hyperbilirubinemia are longer than those in normal full - term neonates, but there is significant difference in DD and platelet count.
