摘要
通过对近期探伤不合钢板进行统计分析,借助低倍、厚拉、金相及扫描电镜等检验手段对典型缺陷进行分析,得出造成探伤不合的主要缺陷是严重的偏析与疏松,并提出相应的改进措施。
Based on the statistic analysis on the recently rejected plate by flaw detection and the investigation on the typical defects with many inspection methods such as macro examination, through thickness tensile test, metallographic examination and scanning electron microscope examination, it is concluded that the nonconformity is mainly caused by the defects such as the severe segregation and porosity and measures to improve the flaw detection nonconformity of wide arid heavy steel plate are raised.
