摘要
目的:在儿科病房中实施人性化护理并进行效果评价。方法:在患儿入院时、住院过程中、出院后提供人性化护理。结果:对患儿及家属开展人性化护理后护理工作满意度与未开展人性化护理的前1年比较。结论:满意度从88%提高到98%,并大大减少了医患矛盾和医疗纠纷的发生。
Purpose Implementing humanistic nursing and doing evaluation in the Pediatric ward. Methods Providing humanistic nursing for Children on admission,during hospitalization,after discharge from hospital. Result Comparing with the care satisfaction after humanistic nursing for the children and their families and before the first year. Conclusion Satisfaction from 88% to 98%, and reducing greatly doctorpatient conflicts and medical disputes.
