摘要
目的探讨双歧杆菌对内毒素血症大鼠的保护作用。方法腹腔注射内毒素造成内毒素血症大鼠模型。双歧杆菌溶液灌胃1周后,采用双抗体夹心ELISA的方法测定磷脂酶A2(PLA2)的含量,接种于选择性平板培养,进行盲肠双歧杆菌、大肠杆菌菌落计数。结果治疗组PLA2含量比模型组低;24h时治疗组双歧杆菌菌落数比模型组高,而大肠杆菌的数量则低于模型组。结论内毒素血症大鼠添加双歧杆菌能降低PLA2浓度,减轻内毒素对机体的损伤,具有保护作用。
Objective To study the protective effects of bifidobacteria on the rats with endotoxemia. Methods The rats with endotoxemia were prepared by intraperitoneal injection of LPS. The model group and the treatment group were administra- ted orally with live bifidobaeteria one week. The production of PLA2 was evaluated by ELISA assay and the numbers of bifidobacteria and E. coli were evaluated by selective culture. Results Comparing with the model group, the levels of PLA2 and the E. coli number of the treatment group decreased, and the bifidobacteria number increased. Conclusion Bifidobacteria could reduce the production of PLA2, and show the protective effect on the rats with endotoxemia. The mechanism may he associated with the increase number of bifidobacteria as well as the decrease of E. coli.
