7050铝合金搅拌摩擦焊接头的热稳定性 被引量:2

Thermostability of welded joints of 7050 aluminium alloy produced by friction stir welding

摘要 5 mm厚7050铝合金搅拌摩擦焊接头在490℃固溶处理1 h,利用光学显微镜观察接头微观组织,研究接头焊核区组织的热稳定性.结果表明:焊核区的热稳定性与焊接参数有关,当以转速200 r/min,焊速20 mm/min的参数焊接后,焊核区组织稳定.而以转速600 r/min,焊速分别40、50 mm/min的参数焊接后,接头焊核区部分晶粒出现异常长大,热-机影响区与焊核区的交界面、焊核区根部是组织不稳定的源头. Solid solution treatment of welded joints of 6 mm thick 7050 aluminium allay produced by friction stir welding was carried out at 490 ℃ for 1 h.The microstructure of the welded joints was observed with an optical microscope.The thermostability of the nugget zone structure of the welded joints was investigated.Its result showed that the thermostability of the weld zone was related to the welding paramets.By using 200 r/min as welding rotational speed and 20 mm/min as welding travelling speed,the structure of nugget zone was stable.Partial grains within the nugget zone appeared as extremely grown when the welding parameters were 600 r/min and 40 or 50 mm/min,respectively.The origin of structural instability was the interface of thermoaffected zone with nugget zone and the bottom of nugget zone,also.
