摘要
目的观察2.硫脲嘧啶对高脂血症大鼠模型血液流变学特性的影响。方法采用0.5%的胆盐和4%的胆固醇加入基础饲料建立高脂血症模型,观察2.硫脲嘧啶对模型大鼠血浆甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(Tc)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL.C)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL.C)、血糖(Glu)、全血表观粘度( ηb)、全血还原粘度( ηre)、血浆粘度( ηp)、红细胞压积(Hct)、红细胞电泳率、红细胞的变形、取向指数、红细胞聚集等流变学特性的影响。结果与对照组相比,高脂组TC、TG、LDL.C、GIu、红细胞聚集指数、全血表观粘度、全血还原粘度明显增高,HDL.C、红细胞的变形及取向指数、、红细胞电泳率降低;与高脂组相比,甲减组大鼠TC、TG、LDL.C、Glu、红细胞聚集指数、全血还原粘度增高,HDL.C、红细胞的变形及取向指数、红细胞电泳率降低、全血表观粘度降低。结论2.硫脲嘧啶能够升高血糖血脂,恶化血液流变学指标。
Objective To investigate the effects of 2-thiouracil on hemorheology of hyperlipedic rats.Methods Establishing the model of MS with CC diet (0.5% acid salt,4% cholesterol),and observing the effects of 2-thiouracil on rheological characteristic including erythrocyte electrophoresis and deformation index,orientation index,and aggregation index.Result Compared with C group, TG,TC,LDL-C,Glucose, η b, η p, η re and aggregation index increase, HDL-C,erythrocyte electrophoresis,deformation index and orientation index decrese;Compared with H- group,TG,TC,LDL-C,Glucose, η b, η p, η re and aggregation index increase significantly, HDL-C, erythrocyte electrophoresis,deformation index and orientation index decrese significantly.Conclusion 2-thiouracil can increase high glucose and high fat,and deteriorate rheological index.
