摘要
为了适应当前就业形势的需要,高职院校必须加强学生职业生涯规划教育。充分发挥思想政治教育在大学生职业生涯规划教育中的作用,使思想政治教育主动为提高高职毕业生的就业竞争力服务。
Higher vocational institutes must strengthen the education of students＇ career planning to meet the need of current employment situation.Ideological and political education can serve the improvement of employment competence of higher vocational graduates actively by playing its full function in the education of university students＇ career planning.
