摘要
本研究了测定有机抛光液中磷酸浓度的镁混合剂方法，硫酸和柠檬酸的存在对测定结果不产生影响。该方法测定的标准偏差低于０．５％，回收率为９９．４０％～１００．００％。
By using magnesium chloride and ammonium chloride mixtuer to determine of H 3PO 4 concentration in Organic polishing bath.Experimental results show no interference from H 2SO 4 and citric acid.The relative standard deviation was lower than 0.5%;The recovery rate of sample was from 99.40% to 100.00%.
