摘要
运用油液监测的各种技术手段,对柴油机技术状态进行综合评价是油液分析的一项重要工作,文章结合柴油机主要摩擦副材料组成及磨损机理,优化了油液监测综合评价的工作流程,建立了柴油机的综合评价指标体系,探讨了指标界限值的制定方法,最后对综合评价的方法选择进行了论述。
Using all kinds of oil monitoring technologies to evaluate diesel engine＇s technique condition is an important work in oil analysis.In this paper,based on this diesel engine＇s major friction pair material components and wear mechanism,the work flow of synthetic evaluation for oil monitoring was optimized and the synthetic evaluation index system was established.And the methods for index threshold value and synthetic evaluation methods were discussed.
