摘要
介绍了烟煤黏结指数标准物质的研制过程,主要包括煤样的选取和制备、均匀性检验、稳定性检验及定值等过程。该标准物质采用较高水平的多家实验室协同定值和内控样监控定值,定值结果准确可靠;定值时进行了测量方法的确认与优化,确保认定值的不确定度小,量值溯源性好。
The paper has introduced the preparation process of certified reference materials（CRM） for caking index of bituminous coal,which about the selection and preparation of coal sample.homogeneity examination,stability test,fixed value.The CRMs employ the strategies involving multiple laboratories for the determination of caking index.Due to the use of quality control materials,the characterization has been proved to be accurate.Since the measurement method has been validated and optimized when measured,which has demonstrated small uncertainty and good traceability of the certified values.
