摘要
氢化物发生-原子荧光光谱法是把氢化物发生与原子荧光光谱法结合的一种具有较大实用价值的分析技术。本文系统地介绍了氢化物发生-原子荧光光谱法的基本原理、仪器结构、技术特点、干扰因素,以及在冶金等分析领域中的广泛应用。
A kind of advanced instrumental analytical method, in which hydridegeneration is combined with atomic fluorescence spectrometry,is introduced systematically in this paper. The basic principle, instrumental structure, technical performance interference and application of this method in metallurgical analysis is discussed in detail.
