摘要
基于液压APC系统的数学模型,针对液压自动位置控制系统(HAPC)本身的非线性,影响系统各方面因素的耦合性,同时要求系统的响应速度快、控制精度高、鲁棒性强等特点,设计了基于RBF神经网络的控制器,同时为了提高系统的响应速度,将其与传统PID控制器相结合,使用Matlab/Sinmulink工具对模型进行仿真,并分别与传统的PID控制器和RBFNN控制器相比较发现这种综合的控制器的控制效果要优于PID控制器和RBFNN控制器。
Based on hydraulic automatic control system model and its nonlinear and coupling,besides,it requires fast response time,high control precision and strong quality of robust,RBFNN controller was built. In order to improve the response speed of system, the RBFNN controller and traditional PID controller were integrated,and then simulated through Matlab/Simulink. The results of simulation indicate that the combined controller is better than the RBFNN controller and traditional PID controller.
